BC Fitness formerly Barre Central is a locally owned, private fitness studio in the heart of Central Park/NE Denver. All of our instructors are barre certified by Definitive Barre Fitness and have completed intensive one-on-one and group training sessions focused on form, movement, stretching, anatomy and pre and post natal modifications. At BC Fitness you will be surrounded by strong individuals that will help you meet your weight loss, toning, strength training and total body transformation goals. Barre consists of small (but intense) movements that effectively target specific muscle groups for amazing results! Barre was developed by utilizing the same form and movement that ballet dancers have long-used to gracefully create their long, lean, muscular bodies. At Barre Central, we combine barre movement with fun, upbeat music to build long, lean muscles; strengthen your core; and improve your posture . . . all while you burning calories and having fun!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Barre in The Park/Barre Central! I've attended Barre classes elsewhere and Megan's classes are the only ones that have made me break a sweat and see changes quickly in my body. I started at BITP in Sept of 2016, but after after irregular attendance the past couple months due to a cracked rib, yesterday's class kicked my butt! I woke up and my abs were sore-- how rarely does that happen in a group fitness class? Barre in the Park and Spin is the strength + cardio cocktail that my body deserves and needs. Not to mention, her music kicks butt-- from one fellow gangsta rap lover to another!

Barre in the Park has changed my body - after years of other work outs, I am stronger and in better shape than I’ve been in almost 20 years! Workouts are challenging, but she offers modifications if you have any trouble areas! Try it once and you will be hooked! And Megan creates a fun environment. It feels like a family!

All time favorite barre class! You can’t go wrong with Barre amped. Perfect mix of cardio and strength training. Super supportive community, and amazing instructor Megan Campbell. Class is not only a killer workout but also really fun.

Great class by Nichole! She’s fun and funny which helps when she’s making us work it! She knows her stuff and is helpful with correcting form and encouraging when we’re gettin’ right! Love her & Barre in the Park!

As only 1 of 4 NON Franchise/Chains and true Denver grown businesses this was a huge success for this company!
