Class Descriptions
Barre 45
BC Fitness's Barre classes are high energy with little to no impact. Tiny movements that isolate each muscle group through the progression of class makes each class different and easy to follow. EVERY class is different from the last using the same "core" barre movements with different music and different moves each and every class! You will not find another Barre class like ours. Are you new to Barre? NO dance background required. Are you new to exercise? ALL fitness levels welcome. Barre Blast is our regular Barre Fitness Class condensed into 45 mins! This class will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and feeling fulfilled after just 45 mins.
Bounce
Bounce/rebounding is one of the best cardio modalities out there. This is the only one that not only builds your endurance but also drains your lymphatic system and regenerates muscle mass and bone growth. This class will test your endurance and abilities but will also be over before you know it! Wear tennis shoes and bring water. We will supply the rest. 10 minutes on this Jumpsport Rebounder is equivalent to 30 mins of running. Add this class to your current routine and get ready to sweat. 20 minute class
Build
Lets lift heavy weights together! This is not your average sculpt class. You will leave feeling stronger than ever. All fitness levels welcome.45 min of weights to tone and sculpt your entire body. Some days we will do upper or lower body focus and other days we will do full body. 45 minute class
Bounce + Build
Bounce & Build will marry two of the greatest forms of exercise together. Cardio and weight lifting. You will do an 18 minute bounce session and then pair it with a heavier weight lifting set for the last 20-25minutes. This class will leave you feeling stronger than ever and with a huge sense of accomplishment. Please wear tennis shoes or grip socks (your preference) and bring water ALL fitness levels are welcome and modifications given for first time "bouncers"(remember your heavy might be different than your neighbors and we have weights to accommodate everyone) and sweat towels are provided. 45 minute class
Bounce, Barre & Build
This class will give you everything you are looking for in a one hour period! 20 mins of Bounce. Our high intensity low impact cardio workout also known as Rebounding. 20 mins of Barre and 20 mins of a third modality, whether it be weights, TRX or a mix of both. This will be a full body workout and will hit all muscles groups. Please bring tennis shoes and grip socks. 60 minute class
Challenge Class
This 15 minute add on will be a free add for those with memberships and punch cards. Each month we will target a different area of the body! January is Booty and Legs month. Again this is in addition to what we already do in our 45 minute class. 15 minute class
