Barre 45 - w/ Megan Campbell
I really liked how the class was run, and also enjoyed the others in the class. There was a wide variety of
equipment if needed, and lots of mirror space. The instructor, Megan, was very welcoming! She used various
different movements to make sure the workout was very well-rounded and hit a ton of muscle groups. Megan
was motivating, and very good with guiding and correcting posture with movements correctly for the maximum
benefit. Overall great experience!

Bounce + Build - w/ Nicci Chalker
I thought I was in pretty ok shape... and then this class kicked my butt. A serious workout (you can always
modify/ change weights). Alternates cardio on the trampoline with circuits of compound weight lifting
exercises. Small space, so the classes stay pretty intimate
